POEMS & PRAISE FROM FANS!!

WOW! I have officially been blown away. I listen to some pretty intense music, but rarely do I come across something this strong. Your voice is just so powerful, sends chills down my back. Did you write those lyrics? They're ingenious! One of the best songs I've heard in a while. Keep making music!

I doubt I can describe the beauty of this song and her voice better than tunatyava below me. There truly is a fire in her soul; it burns brightly and is kept alive with amazing passion. [Talent runs in the family, it seems. ;)]

A heart-wrenching wonderful song performed by a wonderful artist. The wisdom in her words is clear.

There is a fire in Gina's soul that comes through her voice in a way that pierces through darkness and brings light to the world.

This song is amazing-most music seems to bounce of me these days, but this song cut right through my soul and made me shiver-when i stumbled on it by accident on youtube-i bet you go along way-good luck to you-tons of talent!

Superb! Gina sings with such heartfelt emotion in a way that cuts through to the center of what really matters. This song resonates deeply, and the rich intonations of Gina's voice touch my soul like nothing else. Awesome!

I have had the pleasure of seeing this songstress perform live and trust me when I say she'll knock the wind out of you; soulful honesty that will make your bones shake, her intensity is countered only by melodic fortitude. Heartbreakingly real, Gina Marie is a real musical treat.

You make it sound so much easier than the other singers!
How is that possible? We know that singing well is really hard work for most of us. I see something in you I haven't found for years, and it's frankly unexpected.
Here's the Sicilian fire of Frank Sinantra, and the accurate pitch and delivery and diction he brought to make songs uniquely his own.

All that, and you wrote this, too! That's almost too much talent for one person, but I guess you'll have to mamage that. Bet it's hard to delegate, when you're so demanding. Just maintain artistic control, and make certain to protect your music with Ascap or whatever.

And avoid Motown, if you want to cover expenses. They will properly exploit you, with the emphasis on "exploit". ...or I'd recommend you myself.

You have tremendous gifts, beyond the others I listened to in this category, and I heard it instantly, and rated you best first, figuring that I could always change it if I found your equal or better here, but that didn't happen, and no surprise. May you find all the best breaks in music and in life.

And because you got burned, don't be afraid to try again.
Remember most of all, you are known by the company you keep. If you hang around the finest, then the scum will be afraid to come near, and you will be well treated, and your work won't get stolen.

Some artists, like Chet Baker, knew the right way to go, but they liked the fast life and fast decline better. Too bad for everyone who cared about them, though.

So I hope you are self protective enough to survive the music business, beecause I believe you have a place in it if you really want it more than anything else.
(otherwise, do anything else for a living)
But unlike the rest of them, you have it all going on for you, if you want it.
Do you want it?
Don't forget your roots, ever! Don't leave them behind, but keep them close. You'll never know how much they mean until they are gone, but they're kind of half gone now, aren't they?

I love the way this song draws the listener in through the sheer power of honest emotion. This song is fire... it is passion... it is heartache... it is longing... it is the raw, quintessential spark of burning fire dancing along the fuse, ever closer to the explosive core.

A voice of an angel, not many have heard,
a voice of an angel, i am glad i have heard,
she whispers gently a song of harmony she sent to me,
her voice seperates the clouds
her voice parts the crowds
she strokes her guitar, and hits all the right chords
my body trembles, from the vibration
and my soul soars
for music is meant to make us mens spirits soar
this is what her angelic voice was sent for
like a lioness she roars
as she lays on all fours
she sings to the floor
and i hear with my feet
like an elephant hears with it's feet
i start dancing to her sound,
her sound so complete,
a voice one can never defeat,
for like a howling banshee
her voice of fantasy
is indestructable like dreams and the netherworld
it seems even fiends would smile because of the voice of this girl
i look into her eyes
and there is only music there
her lovely blue eyes like the ocean
i would love to go there
for eyes are doorway to a womans soul,
her eyes sing to me, for only musics in her soul
and i am grateful that i heard
GinaMariLoMonoco
for her music touched my soul,
it touched my heart, for it comes from her heart,
which is where her music grows
i wish this girl so much luck
may she hit the right chordes in life
like that guitar that she plucks
may life bring her many good tidings
for her songs are a gift, it is a gift when she sings
for what she brings is love,
her voice wraps around my ears and body
like she was giving me a hug
may this girl be rewarded for what she plays
i say to myself and to the creator that i pray
and i hope she has an ever so lovely day
and enjoys this poem,
my gift to her today

much love, Gina,

paul
